GOOGLE EARTH NOTE: Rosemont folks - SkyTruth's latest Google Earth file is available, showing mine plan, mining claims, springs and washes. If you have Google Earth and you open this file, you should also go to the "Layers" frame, open up the Geographic Web folder, and toggle on the Panoramio layer. Zoom in the the northwest portion of the mine plan and small blue dots will appear - these are locations of photos people have taken and uploaded to Panoramio. Click on an icon and up pops the photo. Pretty neat - two of the photos show Gunsight Pass just north of the proposed pit. Here's one of them: http://www.panoramio.com/photo/2985504 Click here to download Google Earth if you do not already have it installed on your computer and follow the installation instructions Next, to open SkyTruth's latest Google Earth file click here and then click on the open this file with Google Earth option in the message box.
